Copyright Policy
Upon payment in full, the client will be entitled to copyright for all final work products. Materials and preliminary files used in the creation of final artwork are excluded and remain the property of Graphics Girl Design.
Graphics Girl Design will retain the right to represent work product for portfolio purposes, unless prohibited by confidentiality agreement.
Confidentiality
Due to the sensitive nature of some of the industries, inventors, and entrepreneurs we serve, we gladly sign and abide by confidentiality agreements.
Deposit
We require that all new clients make a deposit of $200.00.
Rush Charges$100.00 per hour. Rush charges apply to new artwork due in under 72 hours and/or changes due in under 24 hours.
TermsBalance is due upon approval of work. Final artwork will be delivered upon payment in full. For work not completed by the end of each month, you will be billed for the work accrued during that time. All balances are due upon receipt.
Non-Profit
Artwork and logos need to be provided by client.
If client has no logo or if logo is less than 300 DPI, a $150.00 surcharge will be applied for reconstruction or design of logos.
Graphics Girl Design assumes no responsibility for quality of graphics produced if images provided by the client are below 300 DPI.
Upon completion of agreement, Graphics Girl Design will provide clients with FTP access to www.graphicsgirldesign.com server so that graphics can be uploaded directly to server. This helps ensure continuity of quality of provided graphics.
Previously mentioned Terms apply to Non-Profit organizations as well.
